Rent-a-Kid

I just read something on a Dutch news site that is so ridiculous that I want to share it you.

It was an article about an article from the South China Morning Post.

It said how Chinese people sometimes 'rent' kids from islanders so that they don't have to wait as long to pass through border control. Apparently, island inhabitants have a different que that is much shorter than all the other ques. The que for people with run-out visa is also shorter, so China inhabitants often apply for a visa that is too short, just so they don't have to wait in the que for that long.

Renting kids to prevent queing. I'm not sure whether to be very very amused or disgusted.
